Returns & Refunds Policy

REFUND POLICY

Dolce Street would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. 

Regrettably, our products are generally non-refundable, unless damaged or otherwise defective. If your product is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund but must meet the below requirements:

- Your product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

- You must contact DolceStreet within 14 days upon receipt of your product.

Return & Refund Process:

If you meet the above refund eligibility requirements, please contact us via email at dolcest.sales@gmail.com to initiate the return process.  We will immediately send you a shipping label to your email address with instructions on how to return the product.  Within 48 hours of receiving your returned product, we will issue you a full refund (including shipping cost) to the credit card you used to make the purchase unless otherwise instructed by you to use a different refund method.
